Well it wasn't my fault they moved the ticket machine was it?

Our council do seem sympathetic to genuine cases of people making mistakes, I got let off one the year before last.
Well done Borough Council Of King's Lynn & West Norfolk! (You don't read that statement very often).
Actually they are quite good over these things but this was in Wisbech, and it was a private ticket company in Birmingham, so it was even more surprising!
